Things To Do

At the Cabin

Stargazing

Turn out the lights and be amazed by what you can see when you’re away from the city. On cloudless nights you can see countless constellations and the Milky Way. Depending on the time of year you may even catch a meteor shower!

Beachfront Fire Pit

Listen to the crackle of firewood as you gaze out over the bay. Be sure to pack your marshmallows so you can share some s’mores or roast hotdogs.

Indoor and Outdoor Games

Enjoy a game of washer toss in front of the cabin. Or spend a rainy day inside playing board games.

Birdwatching

Tranquility Woods is a regular hangout for blue jays, pine grosbeak, woodpeckers, whiskey jacks, American goldfinch and many more . You may even catch a glimpse of an eagle, osprey or hawk! Flip through the bird identification book and see how many you can identify.

Movie Night

Enjoy the satellite cable and big screen TV for a relaxing evening. You can also download your favourite shows and movies before you arrive (streaming and downloading are not available at the cabin).
